Botanical Mobile Spa ("we", "us", "our") provides in-home spa treatments across Cape Town and the Winelands. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe. It applies to this website and to enquiries made through it.
We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver a treatment:
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange and confirm bookings, tailor your treatment safely, and stay in touch about your appointment. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it except as described below.
When you book through our WhatsApp link, your conversation is handled within WhatsApp and is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We use the details you send us purely to arrange and deliver your treatment.
This website is hosted by Netlify, which processes basic technical data needed to serve the site. Any form submissions made through the website are delivered to us so we can reply. These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet any legal or accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete it.
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your information where there is no legal reason for us to keep it. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit access to it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to safeguard what you share with us.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page, with the date it was last updated shown above.
